Its been a while since I posted a pic, but now that I am working out again after 2 months away from the gym, I decided to start my new journey and goal, for the year with this picture! Going to eat right this time, and work my ass off in the gym!
Finally! It has been a year since i have been hitting the gym!

Gained half an inch on my arms in two weeks! Woot
Project Shake #3: So, I have started drinking the protein shake in the morning as well as after my workouts. This really packed on a lot of weight for me. And in the mornings, if my mom is feeling nice, she would scramble up some good eggs for me. My arms have gottem bigger and my abs are less define. My shirts are getting tighter around my arms and chest and back. I cant breath now. Thats a good feeling haha. Imma start attacking my arms, doing biceps everytime I hit the gym, along with my arm days. Gained 2 pounds, current weight:139 hurray almost 140! that last pic is ugly i really wanted to see what i looked like if i full out flexed.
Project Shake #2: After about a week of drinking Whey Protein with milk and peanut butter, I gained 3 pounds. May seem little to you, but for me and my metabolism… THATS ALOT :D! My shoulders have gotten broader, my chest is starting to widen out and droop, and my arms are getting slightly bigger. I should really start using a measuring tape to get an exact measurement of my arms chest and waist.
Hmmm, Slowly gaining weight, this is going to take time, good thing i’m patient.
Project Shake #1: going to start drinking protein shakes consistently with peanutbutter and milk. Current weight 132. I’m sad i lost 3 pounds from sitting on the computer all day eating chips and other things i find in my fridge.
Starting to drink that Whey Protein shakes… Nasty as eff
Why is it so hard to gain weight? Getting there slowly!
